杨晓萍，中国科学院强磁场科学中心研究员。2006年毕业于南京大学物理系，获得理学博士学位，博士论文获得南京大学优秀博士学位论文奖。2006/10至2010/05在德国斯图加特市的马克思-普朗克固体所Ole Krogh Andersen 教授的研究组工作。2010/05至2016/02在新加坡南洋理工大学从事学术研究。迄今在国际学术期刊上发表了30篇学术文章，包括Nature Materials, Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B，Scientific Reports, ACS Nano, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces和Appl. Phys. Lett.等。发表文章的总引用次数790, h-因子14。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、应急管理项目、大科学装置联合基金项目，以及研究院科研启动基金项目。
1）探索研究极端条件(强磁场或高压等)下材料的结构特征和物理性质；
2）低维表面和界面材料物性的第一性原理计算和瓦尼尔函数分析；
3）新型功能材料的设计和物性研究。
