中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院研究员,博士生导师。1991-1994年,中国科学技术大学高分子化学专业,获理学硕士学位;1994-1997年,中国科学技术大学高分子物理专业,获理学博士学位;1997-1999年,中国科学院固体物理研究所,博士后、副研究员;2000-2003年,德国德累斯顿聚合物研究所,访问学者、洪堡学者;2004至今,中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院,研究员。

在纳米结构光电转换材料与光伏器件领域开展前沿性基础研究,研究工作涉及新型纳米结构的控制合成、宽光谱吸收材料体系、选择性电荷传输结构、太阳电池器件制备技术及性能、及电荷传输动力学理论和实验。
